One driver is hurt while another is charged in a two car crash in Ogle County.
A Nissan Altima was pulled over on the side of the road with a flat tire when it was hit by an uninspected Ford Focus according to Illinois State Police, who say that they are non-life threatening injuries sustained as result. The driver of the Ford has been issued citations for Failure to Reduce Speed and Operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
